Shipping policy
Processing & Delivery Time
Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it. This usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the nextworking day.
After processing, your order will be shipped via our international delivery partners. The
average transit time is 4 to 8 working days.
This means the total delivery time is usually 8 to 12 working days.
Please note: During busy periods, holidays or due to external circumstances (such as
pandemics or customs inspections), delivery times may be delayed. For example, as a result of COVID-19 there may occasionally be additional delays in international transport.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed. As
processing usually takes 12-24 hours, we recommend contacting us as soon as
possible at info@harrison-liverpool.com, quoting your order number.
Has your order already been processed and dispatched? In that case, cancellation is no
longer possible, but you can easily return the item within 30 days. Please see our returns
policy for more information.
Shipping Method & Tracking
Our products are shipped from international warehouses via trusted logistics partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace code by email to follow your shipment.
